Shon Edward Hilton
Shon Edward Hilton, 46, was found dead in his cell at Broad River Correctional Institution, a South Carolina state prison, on March 20, 2023. Investigators said he did not have a roommate and believed his death was a suspected suicide. The SCDC Inspector General's office, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and the Richland County Coroner are looking into the death, and an autopsy was to be performed.
