Shirlee Miles

Shirlee Miles, 64, fell ill while held at the Russell County Jail in Alabama and died at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital in Phenix City. The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reported her death on August 17, 2018, as the first of two deaths at the jail since July 2.
