Shiloh Davidson
Shiloh Davidson, 24, grew up in Hollister and attended San Francisco State University, and according to an obituary he wanted to become a computer engineer. He was held at the Solano County Justice Center Detention Facility in Fairfield, where he was found unresponsive in his cell at 2:33 p.m. on March 27, 2022. He was pronounced dead about 40 minutes later. The Solano County Sheriff's Office did not provide a cause of death.
