Shellby Hall
Shellby Hall was 18 years old and was held at the Madison County Jail in Indiana when she was found unresponsive in her cell on November 11, 2023. Her mother, Sheela Hall, said the family is struggling to cope without her, and friends who held a vigil in Anderson, her hometown, remembered her as smart, funny, and a best friend since sixth grade. The Indiana State Police said no foul play is suspected, and toxicology and autopsy results are pending.
