Shawn Johnson
Shawn Johnson, 35, was found hanged in his cell at State Correctional Institution-Greene near Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, on the morning of Monday, January 4, 2016. State police said it appears he killed himself with a bed sheet. The Greene County coroner was investigating and was to release the official cause of death after an autopsy.
Cause of death, as reported: Died by suicide. State police say he appears to have killed himself by hanging himself with a bed sheet in his cell.
