Shawn Collins
Shawn Collins was one of two men found dead after people held at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution in Nebraska took over a housing unit during a disturbance on May 10, 2015. Nebraska corrections director Scott Frakes said that during the disturbance, the men turned on each other, and that this resulted in the deaths. Frakes's account has been reported as the official claim, and a full investigation into how the deaths happened was announced.
