Shawn C. Hitteman
Shawn C. Hitteman, 44, of Ashburn, was held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. On June 13, 2020, a security check found him hanging by a sheet in his cell. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said the death was apparently a suicide, and that deputies began CPR before rescue personnel pronounced him dead. The sheriff's office and the Office of the Medical Examiner are investigating the death.
