Sharon K. Collins, 43, of Isom, died on July 26, 2020, while held at the Letcher County Jail in Letcher County, Kentucky. Jailer Bert Slone said she was found unresponsive in her cell on a Sunday afternoon and was pronounced dead at the scene. Kentucky State Police and the Letcher County Coroner's office are investigating her death, and the cause is pending.
