Shane B. Haggins
Shane B. Haggins, 30, died on September 13, 2006, at the Sharp County Jail in Ash Flat, Arkansas, where he had been held since July 2006. He was found dead in his cell on the morning of his death. The Sharp County Sheriff's Department said a handwritten note found in the cell, believed to be his, indicated he had died by a self-induced hanging. His body was sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy, and the department said foul play was not suspected.
