Servando Rodriguez
Servando Rodriguez, 38, was from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. He was killed when a riot broke out about 7 a.m. on June 5, 2009, at a medium-security federal prison in Three Rivers, Texas, where he was held. Officials said the violence appeared to stem from rivalries between prison gangs and that it was quickly brought under control. Twenty-two people were injured, and officials said the cause was still unknown at the time of reporting.
