Sean Philip Smith
Sean Phillip Smith, 34, died in February 2017 at Lieber Correctional Institution in Ridgeville, South Carolina, according to the state Department of Corrections. Department public information officer Sommer Sharpe said he died late on Sunday night or early Monday morning, and the department has not said where his body was found. The department said the circumstances are under investigation and that it does not suspect foul play.
