Scott Turnlund
Scott Reed Turnlund was 29 years old and had been in prison since he was a teenager. On the evening of Wednesday, April 15, 2015, another man held at Staton Correctional Facility in Elmore, Alabama, stabbed him, and he was pronounced dead about half an hour later. The Alabama Department of Corrections said it detained another man as a suspect.
