Scott Mink
Scott Mink was executed by lethal injection at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio. NBC News reported that his family spoke with him in his last hours and asked him to find peace before the end. According to prison logs cited by the network, about an hour before he died he joked with staff about having one more cigarette before quitting. He died at the facility where he was held.
