Scott Hultman
Scott Hultman, 43, of Santa Paula, suffered a hanging in his cell at the Ventura County jail on Nov. 15, 2020. He was hospitalized for several days and taken off life support on Nov. 23. The Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death a suicide. The sheriff's Major Crimes Bureau investigation was still ongoing when the Ventura County Star reported on the case.
