Scott H. Wagner, 59, died on March 16, 2026, at the Pueblo County Jail in Colorado, where he was held. According to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office, he was found unresponsive in a housing area on a Monday afternoon and could not be revived. The sheriff's office said the death is under investigation and that there appears to be no foul play. The cause and manner of death are to be determined by an autopsy from the Pueblo County Coroner.
