Scott Barry Estevez
Scott Estevez, 64, was held at the Falkenburg Road Jail in Hillsborough County, Florida. The sheriff's office said he fell there on May 8, 2023, and that detention staff gave him first aid before he was taken to Tampa General Hospital, where serious health problems were found. He was pronounced dead on May 10, 2023. The sheriff's office is investigating the death and is awaiting an official cause from the Medical Examiner's Office.
