Sara R. Casteel
Sara R. Casteel, 34, of Kokomo, died after being held at the Howard County Jail in Indiana. Accounts say she was found hanging from a pay phone cord inside the jail. She was taken to hospitals in Kokomo and Indianapolis, where she died of her injuries.
