Sandra Duke Shikle
Sandra Duke Shikle, 52, died on September 28, 2018, while held at the Cullman County Detention Center in Cullman County, Alabama. The Cullman Tribune reported that she was found at about 4:15 a.m. The Cullman County Sheriff's Office said the cause of death was pending an autopsy and that no foul play was suspected, and the State Bureau of Investigation was leading the inquiry. At the family's request, the newspaper did not publish her photo.
