Samuel Baca Duran
Samuel Baca Duran died on December 27, 2020, in the intensive care unit of Alvarado hospital while in state custody. His daughter, Donna Duran, said it took time to process his death. She had not seen or spoken to him since his sentencing, and she later agreed to collect his remains and have him cremated, which she said brought her a measure of closure.
