Said Khaled Youssef
Said Khaled Youssef, 41, of Queens, New York, died on June 17, 2026, while held at the Bridgeport Correctional Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut. His cellmate found him unresponsive in their cell on Wednesday evening and alerted staff, according to the Connecticut Department of Correction. He was pronounced dead at a hospital that evening. State police and the Office of the Inspector General are investigating, and the state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has not yet determined the cause and manner of death.
