Ryan Lykens, 36, was held at Tecumseh State Correctional Institution in Nebraska. The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services said he was found unresponsive in his cell and taken by ambulance to Johnson County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on the afternoon of Friday, May 15, 2020.
