Ryan Bailey
Ryan Bailey, 40, of Marion, Iowa, died on October 7, 2020, after being booked into the Linn County Correctional Center in Cedar Rapids. He was found not breathing and without a pulse in a cellblock and was pronounced dead at Mercy Medical Center. The county medical examiner ordered an autopsy, and initial reports said investigators had not identified an apparent cause.
