Rusty Draper
Rusty Draper, a 47-year-old man, died while held at the East Arkansas Regional Unit, a state prison. Staff were alerted at 11:03 p.m. that he appeared to need medical treatment, and they found him in distress. They took him to the unit infirmary, where he was pronounced dead at 11:51 p.m. The Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Department of Correction are investigating his death.
