Russell Simon Junior
Russell Simon Junior, 59, of Rochester, Minnesota, died on January 16, 2023, at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center, where he was held. According to the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, he was found not breathing during a routine well-being check and was pronounced dead at the scene. The sheriff's office said the cause of his death was still under investigation when the report was published in March 2023.
