Russell Hager
Russell Hager, 47, died on March 19, 2016, after a fight with another man held at Mount Olive Correctional Complex in Fayette County, West Virginia. The West Virginia State Police say the other man stabbed him several times in the head and neck with a metal shank in the prison's weight yard on a Saturday afternoon. State officials said a makeshift weapon was involved and that the Division of Corrections would conduct an internal review, with State Police also investigating the death.
