Russell D. Stalling
Russell D. Stalling, 46, of Marion, Indiana, was held at the Grant County Jail when he collapsed from a medical emergency in a cell block on the night of June 12, 2023. He was taken to Marion Health, where he was pronounced dead. Indiana State Police are investigating, and an autopsy has been scheduled. No cause of death has been released.
