Rule Snider
Rule Snider died on December 26, 1909, near Cannon City, Oregon, when a mob took him from a sheriff who was moving him to the county jail. According to the Pensacola Journal's report published December 28, 1909, the mob lynched him. Snider had given himself up to authorities before the mob seized him.
