Ruben Valle
Ruben Valle, 51, was held at the United States Penitentiary (USP) Tucson in Tucson, Arizona. According to a Bureau of Prisons news release, staff responded to an altercation at the facility on Saturday, May 13, 2023, and he was taken to emergency medical services with life-threatening injuries. EMS personnel pronounced him dead. A second person involved in the altercation was treated for minor injuries.
