Roy Patten
Roy Patten, 73, of Lebanon, New Hampshire, was held in the Vermont prison system. On April 9, 2024, he showed signs of medical distress and was taken to hospitals, and he died on April 22, 2024, at the Jack Byrne Center, a palliative and hospice care facility.
