Roy Lewis Norris
Roy Lewis Norris, 72, died on February 24, 2020, at a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation hospital in Vacaville, California, where he had been transferred the week before from Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego County. State corrections officials said he died of natural causes and announced his death the next day. Reports also noted that he died about two months after his former partner, Lawrence Bittaker, who died at San Quentin State Prison in December 2019.
