Roy Bradshaw died on October 31, 2017, while held at Hancock State Prison in Georgia. The Georgia Department of Corrections said he was found unresponsive in his cell, and that prison medical staff attempted life-saving measures before EMS pronounced him dead at 8:34 a.m. The department said it is investigating the death, and it has not stated a cause or manner of death.
