Roxsana Hernández, 33, died on May 25, 2018, while held in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody at Cibola County Correctional Center in New Mexico, a facility operated by CoreCivic under contract with ICE. ICE's own list of deaths in its custody records her death, and it gives Albuquerque as the place of death.
