Ross Logan
Ross Logan, 24, died on July 29, 2023, at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri, a state prison. Texas County Coroner Marie Lasater said a preliminary drug screen was positive for fentanyl, and the toxicology report was still pending. The coroner's office said lab work was expected to show whether the fentanyl in his system came from the same batch as the fentanyl in the system of a man who died two weeks later. The manner of death had not been determined.
