Ronnie Harris, 56, died on May 30, 2019, after being held at the Maryland Correctional Training Facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. Staff found him unresponsive on a housing tier on May 29 and he was taken to a hospital, where he died the next day. The medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide caused by blunt force trauma. Authorities later indicted another person held at the facility in connection with his death.
