Ronald L. Hulette II
Ronald L. Hulette II, 32, of Frankfort, collapsed at the Boyle County Detention Center in March 2016 after complaining of heartburn, and died at a hospital in Danville. Jailer Barry Harmon said Hulette had been transferred from Woodford County the day before and was not under the influence of substances when he arrived. Kentucky State Police were investigating, and the autopsy results were pending at the time of reporting, so no cause or manner of death has been confirmed.
