Ronald K. Ching
Ronald K. Ching, 56, died on September 17, 2005 at Halawa Correctional Facility in Hawaii, where he was held. The Department of Public Safety said he had been battling Hepatitis C for several years and attributed his death to that illness. Prison staff found him unresponsive during regular rounds, according to the department. The department said it would conduct a routine investigation into his death.
