Ronald Edward Watkins
Ronald Edward Watkins, 54, of Mill Springs, North Carolina, was pronounced dead at the Spartanburg County Detention Center in early November 2022. Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger said an autopsy found no evidence of foul play, and toxicology and microscopic results were still pending. The State Law Enforcement Division is conducting investigations related to the death.
