Ronald Alton Foster, 36, died in December 2008 at the Dougherty County Jail in Albany, Georgia. The Sheriff's Office and Dougherty County Coroner Emma Quimbley said he died by apparent suicide by hanging in his cell. Reports at the time noted that this was the second hanging death at the jail in less than a month.
