Romegio Rosario, 50, of Allentown, was held at the Lehigh County Jail when he died on October 9, 2026. Jail officials said he was found unresponsive in his cell that morning, and he was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Allentown, where he was pronounced dead that evening.
