Roland T. Davis, Sr., 70, died on July 8, 2023 at Chillicothe Correctional Institute in Ross County, Ohio, where he was held in state custody. The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office said he died of a medical condition. A later Florida court filing, reported by ABC7 WWSB, confirms the death. WINK News reported that he was held on death row.
