Roger Vincent Arellano
Roger Vincent Arellano, 62, died on August 30, 2016, while held at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution, a men's prison south of Boise. He was found unresponsive in his cell around 5:20 a.m. that Tuesday morning. The Idaho Department of Correction asked the Ada County Sheriff's Office to investigate his death. The manner of his death is still listed as pending.
