Roger Seamon Proctor

Prison staff and lawyers described Roger Seamon Proctor as kind and gentle, and said he helped other people adjust to life inside the prison. He died on July 17, 2009, at State Correctional Institution Greene in Pennsylvania, where he had lived for years. The cause of his death was given as pancreatic cancer.
