Roger Coulter
Roger Coulter, 57, was an accomplished artist, a dedicated friend and brother, and a committed Christian, according to a federal public defender who described him. He was held at the Varner Unit in Arkansas, where a correctional officer found him in his cell on the evening of November 4, 2017. He was pronounced dead about 40 minutes later. The Arkansas State Police and the medical examiner were notified to investigate the death.
