Rodney Thornton
Rodney Thornton died while held at the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility, according to a list of 17 people that organizers said had died there since 2001, as reported by the Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service in October 2018. It also says nothing about who he was or the people who knew him.
