Robbi Lynn Perley, 59, of Rio Vista, died on July 10, 2026, at the West County Detention Facility in Richmond, California, where she was held in the custody of the Contra Coast County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office said a deputy found her unresponsive in her cell during a safety check in the early hours.
