Roberto Ruiz
Roberto Ruiz, 31, died on November 26, 2021, while in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections at the Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem. The department said the Oregon State Police had been notified and that the State Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. The department said next of kin had been notified. His death was one of several in department custody that fall and winter, as reported by Willamette Week.
