Roberto Rivera
Roberto Rivera, 67, was a former emergency room physician. He died on April 22, 2020, while held at a New Jersey state prison. Before his death he had been considered for early release under the governor's COVID-19 prison order, but the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office objected to his release. The cause of death had not been made public when the Bergen Record reported on it.
