Robert Williams, 70, died on August 18, 2018, while held in the Arapahoe County jail, the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office said. The sheriff's office said he had a chronic illness and was receiving end-of-life care in the week before he died. The sheriff's office attributed his death to chronic illness.
