Robert Wallace, 49, died while held at the Yuma County Adult Detention Center in Yuma County, Arizona, on September 22, 2019. Yuma fire crews responded to a call for assistance at the center and took him to Yuma Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The Yuma County Sheriff's Office said it was still investigating the death and had not released a cause. His family was notified of his death.
