Robert Rush
Robert Rush, 38, died at the Hamblen County jail in Tennessee on the night of August 11, 2019. Morristown police brought him to the jail at about 5 p.m., and he was found dead shortly after 11:30 p.m. The cause of death is pending an autopsy. Sheriff Esco Jarnagin said camera footage shows no abuse by staff or other people held at the jail. As of the reporting, the district attorney had not asked the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to investigate.
